 The CHECK BOX III is a universal solution to storing sensitive printer fonts. By utilizing the parallel port of the printer, the CHECK BOX temporarily stores the barcodes, signatures, and logos, and any other sensitive font in the RAM of the printer. These fonts are programmed onto a removable Compact flash card. The card is about the size of a quarter and by inserting or removing the card into/from the module, the fonts are  downloaded or erased in the RAM. Lock up the Compact Card & no one has access to your sensitive fonts!

 Internal flash memory solution for the laser printer. The Flash SIMM/DIMM, Compact Flash, and USB holds blank electronic forms resident at the printer, so only the unique data that fills out each form needs to be downloaded as each form is printed. Advanced flash memory technology means you never program due to power interruption, yet you can revise and replace forms, fonts, graphics, signatures, letterhead, checks, barcodes, and other frequently printed materials as often as you like. Contents may be secured from all unauthorized erasure. Contents may be encrypted for additional security.
